Jed Hughes is currently Organist and Director of music at St. Mary’s Wotton-Under-Edge, Teacher of Organ at Magdalen College School Oxford and Chaple Organist of Stowe School Buckingham, having been Organ Scholar at Manchester and Wells Cathedral. Prior to this, Jed completed a course of study in Germany where he spent two years in Leipzig and finished his degree in Berlin. Jed has performed in some of the Uk’s and Europe’s most distinguished venues. He is an active performer, teacher and accompanist. He is also the assistant director of the Elmore Chamber Music Festival, a role he has held from its inception in 2020. Jed has also most recently become an RCO accredited teacher of Organ
